Refund & Cancellation Policy

Voice Coaching Sessions

Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of voice coaching sessions.

Missed sessions without prior notice are considered used and are non-refundable.

This policy ensures respect for both your time and Asheida’s scheduling.

Digital Products

All digital downloads, including music files, guided meditations, or instructional materials, are final sale and non-refundable.

Physical Products

Physical items, such as CDs or merchandise, can be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are in original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

Policy Updates

Asheida reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
